Bridal Luncheons or Teas: Our unique, sit-down bridal luncheons can either be indoors or outdoors. Luncheons can be as casual or as formal as you would like. We can accommodate up to 40 people for a sit-down luncheon, more for a buffet. Facility Fee is $100.00 per hour.

Rehearsal Dinners: Brides and grooms love The Farmhouse for their rehearsal dinner. We can accommodate up to 125 people indoors or outdoors (up to 40 for a sit-down, up to 125 for buffet) and, depending on the weather, the event can use the patio, indoor rooms and The Pub downstairs. Facility fee for a two hour rehearsal dinner is $150.00-$250.00, $100.00 for each additional hour.

Ceremonies: Wedding for Two and Two Guests: A private affair for the Bride and Groom. The ceremony may be in the garden, beside the outdoor water garden, or inside. Your day will include a small wedding cake, punch and coffee service, champagne toast, the wedding night in the Alisa room, and a romantic gourmet breakfast. $595.00

Wedding with up to Ten Guests: A small intimate wedding ceremony for you and your special guests, followed by a wedding cake reception. Punch, coffee service and/or champagne toast included and the Alisa room for your wedding night. The wedding can be inside or outside. $695.00

Wedding with up to Forty Guests: A beautiful outside wedding overlooking the farm, surrounded by beautiful flowers and water features. Seating, wedding arbor, setup, dressing room, book signing table, 3 B&B rooms for one night, rehearsal and cleanup included. $1500.00

Wedding with up to One Hundred Guests: Outside wedding with wonderful charm, overlooking the farm and lovely gardens. Seating, wedding arbor, setup, dressing room, book signing table, 3 B&B rooms for one night, rehearsal and cleanup included. $2500.00

Wedding with more than One Hundred Guests: Outside wedding. Client would need to rent a tent and place it in the lower gardens. Includes seating, dressing room, book signing table, 3 B&B rooms for one night, rehearsal and cleanup. $3500.00 and up

Options: officiate on site, fee-$150; tent rentals-$500 and up; chair covers with tie-$5 each
