Chef Janet has been cooking her whole life and throroughly enjoys cooking for family, friends and especially guests. She was professionally trained at the University of South Carolina Culinary Institute. She has catered many diverse events as well as teaching a course at Presbyterian College, "Tasting the World One Bite at a Time." Her cooking classes at the Farmhouse have been popular. Students receive hands on participation, recipes, tips and of course the tastings.
If you would like to have a cooking weekend, it would include 2 nights stay at the Farmhouse plus an all day Saturday cooking class with a wonderful gourmet dinner which you will cook (a minimum of 4).
$450 includes 2 nights stay, full gourmet breakfast, class, Saturday lunch and dinner.
